OUR STORY - THE BEGINNINGS

Roshan Apparels was established in the year 2001 by Mr. Roshan Khatri. We specialize in making garments for its customers keeping in mind the excellent quality standards attained by us over the years. Initially starting off with gents formal trousers, we have extended our branches into all types of men and women clothing like trousers, shirts, jackets, skirts, waistcoats, suits etc., thus catering to some of the biggest brands in India. All this has been possible with the latest of ideas applied, the best of skilled operators guided by a staff having years of invaluable experience in this field.

THE WORKING - OUR TEAM

Roshan Apparels has in its armory, people who have devoted their almost entire life in this field. With an experience of almost 30-40 years of staff in this field, the company sees itself in good hands. We have about 60 operators most of whom we have trained in our company itself to mold them the way we please, thus achieving zero compromise in quality.

OUR STRATEGY

The basic idea of Roshan Apparels is to cater to various types of customers that fall in our field of work. Therefore we are continuously in a learning phase as a company. We take great pleasure in trying to master the manufacture of various difficult types of garments and styles thus broadening our horizon in customer satisfaction. Secondly, Quality is a criteria and something which sets us apart from the others. Thus we intend to give the best, to the best in the market.

TAKING PRIDE IN OUR WORK

Roshan Apparels has the distinction of never having faced rejection of even a single garment till date. Roshan Apparels has till date produced about 5 lakh garments out of which none has ever come back to us as rejected material.

HAND IN HAND WITH TECHNOLOGY

Roshan Apparels believes in taking the help of technology to master Quality. The machines in our factory are imported JUKI (Japan) machines. For all operations we have specialized machines. This helps in better quality and efficient production. With about 60 single needle machines and 20 special machines, the capacity of the unit is up-to 300 quality garments per day in an 8 hrs. shift.

We have had the pleasure of catering to some of the biggest brands of India namely Wills Lifestyle, Raymond Park Avenue Men’s Wear, Raymond Park Avenue Women’s Wear, Provogue, Genesis, Probase, BSL, Bodydecore, Tag, Bombay High, Jade Blue and Raymond Ethnix just to name a few.

We have done institutional orders for colleges like VPM Management Institute, Thane, where we have made staff uniforms. We have also made uniforms for M.I.T. Institute, Pune and hotel uniforms orders namely for Matrix Inn 4 star business hotel, Marigold Regency Hotel, Shirdi and Riveria Fine Dine restaurant, Thane.

We have now opened a specialized separate unit for ‘Made To Measure’ or Custom Tailoring. Here we manufacture Shirts, Trousers, Suits, Jackets, Tuxedo, Sherwani, Jodhpuri etc. for customers of the Raymond Shop, Inorbit Mall Vashi.
